Role overview:

***People and Culture have shifted towards working within an agile ecosystem. With this in mind, P&C has developed a tiered approach to how we do our work.


To achieve this, the purpose of the P&C Advisor role is to provide up-to-date advice, support and guidance to all employees across a broad range of HR matters in line with company policies and processes.


Your day will look a little like this:

  • Being the first point of contact for employees and other workers to provide information on P&C policy, process and procedures where they have been unable to self-serve.
  • Taking on the role of coach and educating employees and other workers on how to find information
  • Acting as SME on particular areas
  • Ensuring that the HRIS (Workday) changes are actioned and updated promptly
  • Working closely with wider P&C stakeholders
  • Suggestions for improvements, trends and insights as to the types of queries coming through

Your experience will include the following:

  • Previous HR admin/advisor experience
  • understanding employee lifecycle
  • Must have Experience with workday
  • Ability to interpret HR legislation.
  • High volume work
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Component of working on phones.
