What's the role?
At Stepps, our growth stems from the exceptional service we deliver to our clients. This is where you step in. As the Head of Special Projects, you will act as the conduit between our clients and our skilled internal team, including website designers, developers, SEO experts, and digital marketers.

Your primary objective is to ensure the consistent delivery of top-notch products and enhance the overall client experience. You will play a crucial part in driving client satisfaction and results throughout the organization, ensuring clients maximize the value of our services, receive timely support, and always receive more than expected.

Your duties may involve managing website projects, facilitating communication between our teams and clients, collaborating with partners, and assisting in organizing training events. Collaborating closely with our leadership, you will significantly impact client advocacy and satisfaction across all touchpoints.

Your mission is to leave a lasting positive impression on Stepps' clients, showcasing our commitment to delivering exceptional service and ensuring they eagerly engage with us.


The role entails:
- Collaboration with our internal website design and development teams on client feedback and requests
- Offering strategic and design guidance to our internal teams and clients
- Working alongside management on internal initiatives and events
- Promptly handling customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
- Eliminating obstacles for clients and streamlining our processes
- Conducting workflow and administrative updates
- Cultivating a service-oriented culture by enhancing efficiency and removing friction points

You should possess:
- Proven experience in the real estate sector
- Business Relationship and Team Management skills
- Proficiency in graphic design (web design experience preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to establish and nurture client relationships
- Organizational and time management prowess
- Deep understanding of ensuring exceptional customer outcomes
