About the Team

  • As a result of Santos' ongoing growth strategy, we are enhancing our Information Systems (IS) department to better align to business growth needs with newly organised teams who support our distinctive business operations.

About the Role

  • Based at our global head offices in Adelaide and operating under a hybrid working model, this position will maintain the technical aspects and documentation of the Santos AV environment. It works with the Meeting Room Technology Lead to ensure new and current AV technologies in the Santos environment are well supported, meet the security and IS standards and have the required resources for future development.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining dashboards for end users which indicate the current meeting rooms status
  • Developing reporting and insights on room/technology performance which are easily accessible and understandable
  • Proactively managing inventory of AV licences and hardware
  • Undertaking regular system audits and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Facilitating regular working groups with key stakeholders such as EUC Leads, Security Leads and Facilities Management to ensure proactive and healthy collaboration
  • Effectively managing the inhouse vendor to ensure quality and timeliness of Concierge performance across Santos sites
  • Managing and maintaining the meeting room standards
  • Designing, developing and executing effective change and information communications to end users

About You

  • To be successful in this position, you will demonstrate:
  • Significant in AV industry standards and practices appropriate to a large, multi site corporate organisation
  • Knowledge within LAN/WAN hardware and software
  • Microsoft MS700 certified, and familiar with AMX, Crestron and Pexip systems
  • Strong vendor management experience
  • Advanced MS Skills
  • Stakeholder reporting expertise, suitable for a leadership audience
  • Ideally, you will be degree qualified in the AV field or demonstrate significant training and experience within directly relevant role(s), within large corporate environments.
