About the Opportunity


As the Organisational Capability and Learning Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing accurate, timely and efficient support to internal and external customers and stakeholders across the RACV Group and within the Safety, People and Culture Learning & Organisational Development team.

You will also be responsible for maintaining the administration and coordination of training events and other activities conducted by the team.

You will possess strong skills in developing and maintaining effective, efficient systems and processes for employee learning records, particularly in relation to compliance and participation in learning activities.

You will be responsible for;

  • Supporting RACV's learning and development deliverables and projects through reliable project management, coordination, and communication
  • Leading the coordination of learning and event logistics (virtual and in person)
  • Liaising with and assist with resourcing internal facilitators and external training providers to ensure they are set up for success.
  • Coordinating all participant processes (e.g. registrations, catering, room bookings, enrolments, attendance and evaluation reports)
  • Complete monthly reporting for the OC&L function and action adhoc data reporting requests
  • Supporting the OC&L Program Manager with the maintenance of RACV's intranet to ensure content is correct and that learning is promoted to all employees.
  • Performing other duties as deemed relevant and necessary by the Learning Manager and/or senior stakeholders.
  • Expense management and invoice process
  • Other administrative tasks as required.

What you'll need to be successful

  • Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft suite, specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent administration and organisational skills
  • Excellent understanding of positive customer service principles
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Accurate data entry and keyboard skills
  • Strong Interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problemsolving skills
  • Project management experience desirable
  • HR/L&D practices desirable
  • Knowledge of LMS & HRIS desirable
