Freedom of Information Case Officers - Office of Corporate Counsel - APS Level 5 and APS Level 6


Employment Opportunity
The Freedom of Information and Privacy (FOIP) Section in the Office of Corporate Counsel is primarily responsible for processing the departments access to information requests under the FOI and Privacy Acts. The section is also responsible for coordinating and reporting on public interest disclosures and coordinating the departments contribution to the Governments deregulation agenda.

We are looking for committed, dynamic and innovative people to join our team at the APS5 and APS6 levels. Our FOI case officers will provide support and advice to AGD decision makers, process responses to FOI requests, and contribute to the development of resources that promote FOI capacity-building across the department. Successful candidates are likely to have opportunities to undertake work across the sections diverse responsibilities, and to build professional networks across the department.
