Job Description

SIXT Australia is on the lookout for a Full Time Wash Supervisor to join the team at Cairns Airport .

As a Wash Supervisor, you will provide day-to-day support for our vehicle detailing team and ensure all vehicles meet SIXT Australia's vehicle presentation standards.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Maintaining detailing standards through checklists and regular 'spot checks' Shift management of fleet supply in conjunction with the other managers at the location Ensuring all staff have the required adequate training to perform the tasks required Ensuring all staff fully understand their role and how their performance will be measured Managing work shifts to comply with current Award conditions Ensuring vehicles are cleaned and presented to the correct standard, ready for the next customer Inspecting and recording vehicle damage Delivering vehicles between sites

Qualifications

Flexibility to work on a rotating roster during location trading hours, Monday to Sunday, including school holidays, weekends, and public holidays Demonstrated ability to lead a high performing team in a fast-paced environment Experience in vehicle detailing or cleaning (essential) Strong attention to detail with a good work ethic Excellent communication skills Current unrestricted Provisional or Full Driver's Licence Full working rights in Australia

All successful applicants will be required to complete a National Criminal History Check and a pre-employment medical check, including drug and alcohol screening.
