Job Description

SIXT Australia is looking for a Full Time Wash Supervisor to join the team at Cairns Airport.

As a Wash Supervisor, you will provide day-to-day support for our vehicle detailing team and ensure all vehicles meet SIXT Australia's presentation standards.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining detailing standards through checklists and regular quality checks
  • Managing fleet supply in collaboration with other location managers
  • Ensuring all staff have necessary training for their tasks
  • Clarifying staff roles and performance measurements
  • Complying with work shift regulations
  • Ensuring vehicles are cleaned and prepared for the next customer
  • Inspecting and documenting vehicle damage
  • Transporting vehicles between sites

Qualifications

  • Availability to work on a rotating roster within location trading hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced setting
  • Prior experience in vehicle detailing or cleaning (mandatory)
  • Strong focus on detail with a strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Current unrestricted Provisional or Full Driver's Licence
  • Full working rights in Australia

All successful applicants will undergo a National Criminal History Check and pre-employment medical screening, including drug and alcohol tests.
