About You

  • You may be under going or recently completed a course in interior design or perhaps you just have a keen interest for interiors, but the chance to immerse yourself in the industry is what excites you.
  • You understand the value of having a genuine conversation with a customer and identifying exactly what they're looking for.
  • Prioritisation and timemanagement come naturally to you. Your motivation drives you to comfortably meet deadlines, whether that's either through following a calendar or making sure your todo list never goes unchecked.

About The Role

You will add significant value by:

  • Being the first point of contact for Interior Designers, Architects, and Retail customers, providing them with outstanding customer service in the showroom or over the phone.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and either directing calls to the right person or ensuring that messages are promptly passed on to the right person
  • Provide general sales support to the sales team by liaising with stakeholders on samples, quotes and lead times
  • Coordinate visits from homeowners, architects, designers and other parties to visit the showroom
  • Ensure the showroom is immaculately presented at all times, including replenishing brochures, restocking items, and tidying.
