What You Will Do:

This role is responsible for managing projects within our Services Delivery team by working closely with the customers, consultants and internal teams to scope, manage and mitigate risks and meet milestones.

Key Responsibilities

Project Profitability & Commercial Management:

Work with the customer to ensure that the project adheres to scope, timeline, quality and resourcing standards agreed as part of project startup. Ensure all the required contractual documents are signed and in place prior to commencing project delivery. Ensure the implementation methodology is adhered to. Review and approve/reject all Time and Expenses for the projects in a timely manner. Monitoring of time spent against budget and timely identification of Change Requests when existing scope and budget is likely to be exceeded. Ensure incurred expenses are re-billed to client in accordance with the Professional Services Agreement Terms & Condition.

Client Satisfaction/Management:

Work with Managing Consultants to ensure correct and qualified RLDatix resources are assigned to the Customers Project(s). Ensure regular Project Meetings are in place, managed efficiently and that they provide value to the project. Ensure the assigned RLDatix project team delivers the project on time and to agreed budgets. Listen to issues raised by the Customer and take corrective, effective actions and escalations as appropriate.

Project Management:

Accurate setup and resource allocation in the professional services administration system. Governance owner for assigned projects – ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures and actively contributing to the continuous improvement cycle. Identification and escalation of project risks and issues as appropriate. Protection of company IP and collection of IP built on customer projects. Project Status report ownership. Conduct post implementation reviews.

Competencies Required

Time Management – Must illustrate excellent capability to manage time and ensure required workload is organised to deliver within tight timeframes. Planning and Organising – Must be able to use foresight to adequately plan and ensure delivery of implementation projects to time and in line with customer needs. Customer Centric - Strong and accomplished customer facing skills and experience. Financial – a full understanding and previous experience of managing project profitability. Cross Team Working – successfully works with the wider team (Sales, Product, R&D, Support and Customer Success). Influence – The ability to influence stakeholders where required to ensure successful delivery of project. Analytical thinking and Problem-Solving Skills – Must have an analytical mindset and approach to problems and issues. Resilient – Must be able to cope effectively with unexpected events that may occur within projects both internally and client facing, to bounce back and ensure that successful outcomes are reached.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience of managing healthcare projects (greenfield and transition). Budgeting and cost management. Excellent communication and information management skills. Extensive stakeholder management experience across all levels of the business. A strong understanding of Risk and Issue management processes and why they are important. Experience of working in conjunction with Sales Account Managers. Good Presentation skills. Project Management experience. Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills. Comfortable with commonly used Project Management Tools such as MSProject, Smartsheets

Desirable Skills & Experience

Experience of implementing Governance, Risk and Compliance products (e.g. RMI, DCIQ) Good understanding of the Australian healthcare environment Experience working in a global organisation.
