A rare opportunity has opened up for a Clinical Lead with a growing Home Environmental Modifications organisation. This exciting Management opportunity will be reporting to the Company Director based in Melbourne.


This is an autonomous role that will comprise a full lifecycle operation from day-to-day internal management, policy, finance and clinical (50-60%).

With a growing presence across the eastern seaboard, this is a well-supported organisation who have made an incredible change to the lives of their clients over the past 10 years.

The Director and founder of the organisation is from a clinical background, and still manages a case load to ensure her skills remain sharp, and her approach is understanding.


More about the successful Team Leader:

  • Ideally 10+ years OT experience with strong management understanding
  • Experience working within a home modification field.
  • Excited to establish and grow the Sydney team (Currently a small team in place this would be the lead and most senior position)
  • Initially will have a small case load this will reduce over time, as this position will become a key management opportunity.
  • Be happy to travel in a community home visiting role.
  • The role would report into the company Director based in Melbourne
  • And most importantly just be a good person.
