The Centre Admin Coordinator will provide high-level remote and in-house support to the Centre in managing the Centre's day-to-day administration when their onsite Centre Admin is unavailable or as directed by Green Leaves.


Located on Creek Road, just across from Westfield Carindale, our early learning centre has been custom-designed to meet the evolving learning needs of children six weeks to six years of age.


As you enter our beautiful centre, you'll find our state-of-the-art chef's kitchen and culinary lesson space as well as our parent lounge where families can catch up with each other or educators over fresh barista coffee and a baked treat.

Each of our learning hubs is bright and inviting, filled with rich, warm timber resources and innovative educational materials.

Each hub leads out to a wonderful outdoor space, where children can enjoy countless hours of fun on the bike track, in the cubbyhouse, or caring for the edible gardens.


Green Leaves Carindale offers an approved and funded Kindy program, aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guideline (QKLG).

Our Kindy program is led by a Bachelor-qualified Early Childhood Teacher.

Skills and Experiences:

This is a 6-month Maternity Leave Cover.

About the Role

  • Welcome children and families with a friendly and professional demeanour whilst maintaining confidentiality
  • Conduct visitor tours, and assist with children enrolments and new team orientations
  • Utilise our Salesforce and Qikkids systems, to manage accounts and monitor ongoing payments with followup as required
  • Liaise with external suppliers/contractors and report back to the Centre Director with quotes/expenditure requests for submission (as per company procedure)
  • Perform general administrative tasks in an accurate, reliable, and honest manner
  • Monday to Friday (38 hours a week with shifts between 7.30am and 5.30pm)
Skills and Qualifications Required

  • Current Working with Children's Check
  • Current Child Protection Training
  • Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates or willingness to obtain
  • Police Check and PRODA or willingness to obtain
  • High proficiency in the QikKids software system and working knowledge of CCSS (Child Care Subsidy System) guidelines
  • Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Suite
  • Highly organised with proven experience juggling a wide range of demands and priorities to produce work of high quality and consistently meet deadlines
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and customer service skills both written and verbal with the ability to handle difficult conversations
