Currently seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join a team that deliver unique and unforgettable projects, this is a position for someone with the ability to work collaboratively with staff, clients and all stakeholders.


The Role:


As a member of our clients team you will play a key role in providing administrative and designer support to produce accurate reporting and marketing for clients.


Some of the main duties include:

Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing agreements for clients
  • Preparing submissions and reports for clients
  • Preparing leases and disclosures as required
  • Creating property brochures & signboards
  • Editing photography for property listings
  • Sales and Marketing support

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous Experience in Real Estate or Property in either Sales or Marketing
  • Hold a Current Certificate of Registration
  • Organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel (essential)
