About the Role

The Role of Digital Transformation and Innovation Officer involves overseeing Carelink+ system tasks, ensuring functionality, security, data governance, and system integrations are managed efficiently.

Responsibilities include delivering solutions to enhance customer and employee experiences, preparing business systems for Aged Care Reforms, and driving digital transformation and innovation within the Supported and Connected Living Department.

The individual will play a key role in enhancing operational efficiencies, meeting client needs, and leveraging technology for delivering high-quality services.

Additionally, leadership will be provided to the Carelink Service Desk Officer for system support and external reporting.

Skills & Experience
  • A tertiary qualification in Community Services (or related field) with extensive experience in information services development and implementation, or
  • A tertiary qualification in Information Technology (or related field) with significant experience in Community Services
  • Experience in maintaining and developing business systems and reporting related to Client Management System (preferably Carelink)
  • Proficiency in application support, system testing, and up-to-date knowledge of relevant business systems
  • Familiarity with current trends in aged and disability services to enhance customer experience
