About the Role:

Responsibilities include, but not limited to;

  • Develop the quality of inclusive teaching and learning practices to ensure equitable access to curriculum through coplanning and coteaching.
  • Provide educational leadership on inclusive school reform through the development of an inclusive culture, policies and practices.
  • Build capability of multidisciplinary teams to plan differentiated and personalised learning through a whole school approach to support student learning.
  • Nurture positive relationships between students, teachers, the community and stakeholders through effective case and complex case management processes.
  • Lead a team of seven inclusion teachers.
  • Work collaboratively with the school leadership team to improve outcomes for all students.
