Property Acquisition Executive

Reporting to the General Manager you will be key in securing new locations for this highly successful, innovative Australian multi-site retail business with locations across the country.


Your Responsibilities include:

  • Securing new site locations suitable for drivethru outlets
  • Negotiate purchase/lease of existing competing outlets
  • Prepare and present business cases for all new acquisitions
  • Due diligence on all new proposed acquisitions
  • Assessment on capital investment, sales potential and overall financial viability
  • Management of all the regulatory processes, both local council and any other overseeing regulatory body.

Is this you?

To succeed in this role,you will ideally have a background in real estate and /or a property developer team-member who wants to move into commercial retail.


  • Strong real estate background involved in buying and selling and leasing of properties (ideally service stations or QSR restaurants)
  • Selfmotivated and mature
  • Great at negotiating in the real estate world
  • Technically literate
