What you'll do.

_Functional:
_

  • Program Structure & Governance
  • Optimize Core and Extended Teams setup and membership for efficient collaboration.
  • Enhance the Unified Status reporting framework for the program.
  • Establish Interaction Models for Decision Making for Core and Extended teams.
  • Lead the extended team project management office (for internal and external Project Managers of TA North Star).
  • Take ownership of Project Plan, FPO (Finance and Performance Objectives), and Key Deliverables Matrix.
  • Compile program reports and collaterals for various stakeholder groups.
  • Conduct Project Management for the program office.
  • Facilitate Stage Gate processes and take ownership of Kick-Off, Entry/Exit Stage of Phases.
  • Provide coaching, enablement, and engagement under the FPX framework.

_Tactical:
_

  • Maintain the RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) Log and conduct followups.
  • Manage the Program Calendar, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
  • Organize program meetings, including framework development, agenda creation, facilitation, and calendar invites, following best practices.
  • Oversee Sharepoint Maintenance: Folder organization, file naming, storage, and archival.
  • Maintain Stakeholder Map to ensure alignment with program goals.
  • Manage tools and templates, including PowerPoint templates and branding materials, to support program steer co.

Required qualifications:

  • Proven experience in the delivery of hybrid programs, incorporating both agile and waterfall methodologies.
  • Certified in Project Management.
  • FPX (Flexible Project Execution) Practitioner certification.
  • Comfortable presenting, facilitating, interacting, and enforcing governance across various stakeholder groups.
  • Selfstarter capable of working with mínimal supervision.
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
