Your opportunity
As a casual Car Park Attendant at
Westfield Kotara, you will be part of our Parking Experience team. Your main focus is providing an extraordinary experience for customers entering and leaving our Westfield living centres.

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service to customers and retailers consistently.
  • Providing assistance, directions and information to customers in a busy retail environment, including in the car park.
  • Traffic management by rerouting and directing vehicles during peak times, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Conduct regular cleaning checks and patrols to ensure a tidy, welllit environment maintained at a high standard.
  • Report all incidents, hazards, and risks promptly, providing analytic insights from car park data.
  • Maintain car park equipment in good working order, including boom gates, APU machines, and ticketing systems.

What will set you apart from the rest?:

  • Previous experience in a customer facing role (ideally in a car parking or retail environment)
  • Be present in the moment, well presented, confident & selfmotivated with exceptional people skills
  • Exuding positive energy, a cando attitude and the ability to work in a busy, fast paced environment
  • Ability to work proficiently on a computer using various programs
  • Flexibility to work across a 7day week (Monday-Sunday) including Public Holidays
  • To be considered for a Car Park position, a drivers' license is required

This is a casual position with the opportunity to step into a Permanent Part Time position.
