  • Key Responsibilities:_
-
Supervise and coordinate all aspects of the restaurant operations_

  • Manage and motivate a diverse team of frontofhouse and backofhouse staff
- _
Maintain high standards of quality control, cleanliness, and customer service_

  • Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage the budget effectively
- _
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner_

  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and quality food preparation and presentation
- _
Implement and enforce health and safety regulations_

  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and maximize profitability

Requirements:

Previous managerial experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant setting_

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities_

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- _
Sound knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control_

  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing circumstances

Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations and procedures_
