The Opportunity


Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you'll provide management support within the community to create a happy, welcoming, caring and safe environment for residents and staff.

Working at Aveo Melrose Park Retirement Village, you will lead from the front in creating a culture of customer service.

You'll be responsible for the delivery of the highest quality service to residents.

As a customer-focused individual, you'll be a key resource working on coordinating resident and community engagement activities, implementing marketing and sales strategies, managing day-to-day operations, and developing improvements to internal processes.

What you'll bring:

  • Prior experience in an operationsbased management role (e.g Hospitality, Hotel/Tourism, Property Management, Facilities Management, Retirement or Aged Care etc.)
  • Tertiary qualification in business or related discipline (desirable, not essential)
  • People management skills with a passion for leading teams & developing your staff
  • Body Corporate experience is advantageous but not essential
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office and advanced computer skills
  • Selfmotivated with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction
  • Empathic and understanding of the needs of residents and their families
  • Current Police Check certificate (required, but we can complete for you)
  • Fully Vaccinated against COVID19
