Job Description

GYG Roxburgh Park is set to open in May Our opening team is crucial to the success of our new restaurant opening, and we need your help If this role sounds like the right fit for you or anyone you know, please apply now to start the conversation. The Cook is at the heart of the restaurant operations. You will be preparing fresh and delicious food, problem solving and weighing-in with expertise on vibrant Mexican flavours. You'll have the opportunity to utilise fresh ingredients to produce high standard products for our new and regular guests.

We are looking for staff who are available to work between the hours of 6pm-6am.

Experience is helpful, but it's not everything. What we mean is:

  • Kitchen experience is great but not essential
  • Is open to coaching, eager to learn and ready to put in the effort
  • 'Can do' attitude and can be relied upon
