Your Role at Nextt

At Nextt, our disability support workers are directly responsible for organising and implementing daily activities for our participants, including high physical support needs, cognitive support needs, social supports and facilitating participant's engagement in the local community.

We currently have

Casual and Part-Time opportunities for disability support workers in the

Marsden Park region.

The shifts:

The shifts will range between 3-8 hours. 7 days a week and active overnights available.

As a support worker, you will be tasked with supporting our participants with the following activities:

  • Showering
  • Laundry
  • Mopping/vacuuming
  • Toileting
  • Cooking
  • Cleaning kitchen
  • Progress notes
  • Maintain diary and communication book
  • Medication administration

Your Skills and Experience

  • Manual Handling experience
  • Mental Health experience

Your Certificates and

Licenses

  • NDIS workers screening check
  • Working with children check
  • First aid and CPR certificate
  • Australian driver's license and your own fully insured vehicle
**Employees will be required to abide by all mandatory directives as mandated within the relevant state or territory where they work.
