We are 100% remote, and we encourage our team to work from anywhere in the world but this setter position we require the person to be based in the Gold Coast, and to be able to to work hybrid, in the office for 1-3 times a week.

Job description


Sales Development Representatives play a vital role in the growth of their organisation, they are responsible for turning Instagram & Facebook ads leads and outbound positive replies into booked sales calls for the sales team.

They spend the majority of their time engaging with potential clients over the phone or on various platforms to gain like/trust and to schedule new potential clients for a call with the sales team consultants.

The appointment setter works closely with sales closer and sales manager.

What This Job Entails

  • Initiating contact with potential customers through cold messaging, coldcalling or responding to inquiries generated from advertisements and outbound marketing.
  • Consistently book a high volume of qualified appointments
  • Conduct triage calls over the phone and zoom to prequalify prospects
  • Moving solid leads through the marketing funnel, connecting them to a salesperson, and arranging zoom meetings, or phone calls
  • Following up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not purchase any services.
  • Follow up with all leads within 24 hours
  • Engage with new potential clients on various platforms to gain like/trust
  • Collaborating with sales consultants to ensure the company's goals and targets are met
  • Contribute to sales process improvement by giving feedback and collaborating with team

Compensation

  • Fully Remote Casual Position
  • Base Hourly Wage + commission structure (on track earnings of $45k70k with potential for ascension to account executive position)
