Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of IT Service Management practices by effectively implementing and managing ITIL processes, including but not limited to Change Management, Release Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, and Knowledge Management.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure the successful implementation and adherence to these ITIL processes.
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of ITIL processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
  • Play an active role in change management activities, assessing impacts, and facilitating smooth transitions.
  • Proactively identify and resolve incidents and problems, minimising business disruptions and optimising service delivery.
  • Drive the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive knowledge base, ensuring the availability of accurate information for incident resolution and problem diagnosis.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in implementing and managing ITIL processes, particularly Change Management, Release Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, and Knowledge Management.
  • Strong knowledge of IT Service Management principles and frameworks, with a focus on ITIL.
  • Excellent understanding of the interdependencies between various ITIL processes and their impact on service delivery.
  • Proficient in analysing data and metrics to identify trends, performance gaps, and areas for improvement.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and crossfunctional teams.
  • Detailoriented mindset with a strong commitment to delivering highquality service management practices.
