Figtree Veterinary Clinic is looking to fill the role of a part-time dedicated and passionate Receptionist to join our wonderful and supportive team. Figtree Veterinary Clinic in Lane Cove provides modern, professional, and gold-standard health care for pets in our local community of long-standing clients. With a caring and gentle approach to treatment and consultations, we aim to make our clients and patients feel at ease in the clinic.

We are a team who are committed to providing gold-standard veterinary medicine to our patients and excellent service to our clients with the use of but not limited to, in-house pathology including Idexx laboratory equipment, ultrasound, digital radiography, and dental radiography.

The dedicated staff and leading veterinarians are all passionate about pets and avid animal lovers who can provide a wide range of treatment options and local referral hospitals whom we share a professional relationship with.

About you:

• Highly skilled in customer service
• Passionate about providing a high standard of customer service to clients.
• Client Focused
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
• Ability to show empathy and compassion towards both clients and their pets.
• Experience or exposure in the veterinary industry is desirable but not essential if you have transferrable skills

- training will be provided.

• Prior receptionistrelated experience is important.
• Computer literate i.e., understands Word/Excel/Outlook and PIMS Rxworks is beneficial.
• Excellent and polite phone manner
• Ability to work efficiently both as part of a team and independently.
