A fantastic opportunity at nbn, Australia's largest infrastructure project, as a Manager Enterprise Resilience (Crisis Management), reporting to the Senior Manager Enterprise Resilience (Crisis Management).

A bit about your role


The purpose of the Enterprise Risk and Resilience function is to enable the business to navigate uncertainty, manage complex risks and to adapt and thrive when managing disruption events and crises.


Reporting to the Senior Manager, Enterprise Resilience (Crisis Management), the purpose of the role is to support the design, delivery, enablement, and performance of a fit for purpose and leading practice crisis management program to ensure nbn's strategic response capability.

The role has direct accountabilities for integrated crisis and contingency planning, delivery of key activities and deliverables focused on preparing the Executive (ExCo), Board and business for major disruptions and crises.


The role is pivotal in building and maintaining connection between material business risks and the operational and strategic response and recovery plans; implementation of high value preparedness activities that drive continuous improvement and readiness at the senior leader and executive level and evolving relationships into partnerships with key external stakeholders.

The role directly influences the readiness of the business to navigate complexity, disruption events and build on a culture of organisational resilience.

A bit about you

Strong commercial acumen and experience in the telecommunications or equivalent industry are preferred. A current Government security clearance or the ability to attain one within the probation period is essential.
