The Opportunity

The Role of Solution Architect at Ampcontrol Group, recognized as one of Australia's top innovators, is a newly established position.

The Ampcontrol group is set for an extensive digital transformation, and the Solution Architect will be crucial in developing solutions that enhance employee experiences.


About You

You should possess a comprehensive understanding of solution architecture, particularly focusing on ERP/CRM and/or payroll solutions.

Demonstrated expertise in leading enterprise solution design across Business, Data, Applications, Infrastructure, Security, and Integration domains is essential.

Hands-on experience in designing, documenting, and maintaining architecture landscapes is required, aligned with business objectives for both short-term needs and long-term goals.

Your Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years in Solution Architecture roles, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and integrated with existing systems.
  • Experience in designing and implementing integration strategies that align with business goals and IT standards.
  • Experience with end-to-end solutions designing to improve employee interaction with technology.
  • Develop and implement APIs, middleware, and data pipelines for system communication.
  • Desirable experience with the Microsoft ecosystem (ERP/CRM).
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in enterprise integration.

Next Steps

This role will be located in scenic Newcastle and The Hunter Valley, with a hybrid working model of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
