About the roleReporting to the Chief Customer Officer, you will be responsible for developing and executing an integrated brand and marketing strategy and leading a team of passionate marketing professionals to achieve business objectives.


Key responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to achieve growth, member loyalty and retention.
Lead a team of nine inspiring creativity, excellence and collaboration for high performance.
Ensure a consistent and powerful brand message across all channels.
Develop the content strategy to meet strategic objectives.

Use data driven insights and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies, identify target audiences, measure performance and identify opportunities for growth.

Enhance the customer journey through targeted marketing initiatives, ensuring a seamless and positive brand experience.
Develop the member loyalty program strategy to enhance customer retention and lifetime value.

Foster positive and collaborative relationships with CX, digital, sales, product development and health related businesses to create cohesive campaigns aligned to our customer value proposition.

Manage media strategy and agency relationships.
In collaboration with Chief Customer Officer, negotiate contracts with agency, media partners, vendors and sponsors.
Oversight of end to end marketing operations.
Stay ahead of consumer, market and competitor trends and emerging technologies ensuring the brand remains relevant over time.

About youWith a degree in marketing or related field, you are a creative and strategic thinker with at least five years' experience operating at a strategic marketing level and track record in leading successful marketing initiatives.

Your exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, communication and collaboration skills will inspire and motivate others.
