What are we looking for?
The Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of cyber security projects from business case development through to design, build, implementation, and hand over to BAU. Inclusive in this delivery is the management of vendors and third-party suppliers and be able to work within an organisation which is going through change in its project delivery framework.
To be successful, the incumbent need to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security analysts, engineers, and stakeholders, to identify risks, develop solutions, and implement effective cybersecurity measures. Strong skills in people leadership, with Business Analyst as direct report whom they will coach, lead, and proactively drive a collaborative and engaged culture.
This is a hands-on role with a broad reach of stakeholders, requiring a structured project delivery approach and management of multiple concurrent projects.
Prepare business cases for new initiatives and undertake end-to-end delivery of projects, many of which have a significant technology component. Manage multiple concurrent projects to agreed scope, costs, timelines, and benefit targets in the business case, adhering to the PMO governance framework. Resource and financial forecasting and management Issues and risks management Third party vendor scope of work definition and management of deliverables/outcomes Project status and Steering Committee reporting Stakeholder management and communication Team leadership and people management Stay current with evolving cybersecurity threats and best practices. Acting as the conduit between our business stakeholders and our IT teamsWhat will you bring?
Experience in project management of technology and business projects Previous experience in managing Cyber security Projects Experience in project management of technology and business projects Demonstrated experience working on projects.
