This role is expected to achieve delivery of professional first contact for visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately, issuing secure access to our buildings whilst maintaining records of those visiting our Properties, providing a great customer experience to visitors.

With the opportunity of providing wider internal building support.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Receive and greet company clients, visitors and staff in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Conduct building inductions for new employees to their buildings
  • Log all clients/ visitors /contractors in the building into the Visitor Management System (Safe), issue access passes in line with security policy
  • Contact and liaise with hosts and meeting coordinators to ensure visitors are met or provided access to required locations
  • Assist with general queries. Demonstrating a good understanding of the site, surrounding facilities, services & Building support services available
  • Build and maintain relationships with the facilities management and the broader Property team to optimise the delivery of Reception & Conferencing services we support.
  • Collaborate with Support Central to perform workstation checks, meeting room checks (including equipment) & locker audits (both FW0W & end of trip) in quiet periods.
  • Manage the atmospherics and presentation of the Reception area / Meeting rooms to ensure a professional corporate image is maintained at all times.

To ensure success you will have demonstrated experience in a similar Corporate Reception/Administrator role along with:

  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, pressured environment
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders
  • A high level of autonomy and initiative
  • Attention to detail

Monday to Friday between the hours of

8am and 6pm in the Sydney CBD. Applicants must be flexible with start and finish times due to events on site. This is a

full time contract opportunity and will suit those who thrive in a dynamic and ever-changing environment, will be comfortable with quickly learning new things and thinking on your feet
