The Project

UGL and CPB Contractors have been awarded the early works contract to support Powerlink's delivery of CopperString 2032. This $5 billion iconic project will initially be approximately 840 kilometres of new transmission line running from just south of Townsville to Mount Isa that will connect Queensland's North West Minerals Province to the national electricity grid. The project scope includes:

· 500 kilovolt (kV) transmission line from just south of Townsville to Hughenden

· 330kV transmission line from Hughenden to Cloncurry

· 220kV transmission line from Cloncurry to Mount Isa, up to six new substation sites.

This exciting project will commence construction in 2024 and we are currently looking for an experienced Timesheet administrator / finance to join the team based in Brisbane.

What will a day in this role look like:

· Provide high-level administrative support by coordinating correspondence, preparing reports and handling information requests

· Management of collecting and collating timesheet information.

· Timely and accurate preparation and submission of expense claims on behalf of site staff.

· Assist in managing rosters, including data entry and record checking

· SAP input and maintenance of purchase orders, including goods receipt, journals and queries.

· Provide site office support, accurate data entry, filing and daily diary management.

· Purchase of materials, equipment and consumables including co-ordination of delivery to site

· Maintain systems and procedures for contractual requirement

· Liaise with customers, suppliers, employees and public, both internal and external, ensuring positive interaction

What are we looking for you to bring to the team:

· Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar timesheet / administration role

· Intermediate / Advanced Microsoft Office skills

· Ability to collaborate as part of a supportive high-performing team

· Demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast-paced environment with multiple and competing demands

· Ability to communicate both orally and in writing

· Any experience in SAP will be highly regarded for the role.
