Reporting to the Director, City Futures, the Executive Manager, City Strategy and Outcomes will lead and work with all sections of Council to develop, implement and embed strategies, plans and actions in alignment with Council's strategies and plans.
Your outstanding leadership skills will enable you to work across council and the Directorate to embed the City Projects team and contribute to the development of the framework for the future of Campbelltown.

- Vision and an ability to think and plan for the future.
- Extensive experience in coordinating the delivery of highlevel strategic plans, masterplans or initiatives with demonstrated record of achievement.
- Demonstrated strategic, analytical and lateral thinking and an ability to translate knowledge into strategies and strategic approaches.
- A sound understanding of the economic, environmental and social dynamics relevant to Campbelltown.
- Highly developed political acumen.
- Commitment to role modelling our values of respect, integrity, trust, teamwork and optimism.
