This role plays a vital function for the success of Wagners Finance operations by fostering positive relationships with key stakeholders for accurate outcomes.


Duties will include:

  • Daily banking
  • Direct Debit processing
  • Collections
  • Debtor reconciliations (processing refunds)
  • Customer setup and maintenance
  • Invoice/Credit note creation
  • Process supplier invoices
  • International & urgent payments
  • Employee reimbursements
  • Weekly payment run
  • Supplier setup & maintenance
  • Assisting Financial Controller or Chief Financial Officer with adhoc duties
  • Develop & maintain Procedures notes
  • Other tasks and duties as directed

The successful applicant will possess the following:

  • 2+ years experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of ASX's operations and procedures
  • Formal Qualification in Accounting/Finance or similar (Desirable but not mandatory)
  • Pronto or similar accounting software experience desirable
  • Strong proven experience in accounts payable, receivable and corporate collections
  • Previous experience in a high volume transactional environment
