We are now looking for an enthusiastic and motivated
Manager in Training to join our team

What does a Manager in Training role involve?

  • Receive continual coaching from both Store Managers & the Regional Manager to have the tools to progress to a Store Manager role
  • A fulltime, permanent role in support of the Store Managers
  • Training to become a Stocktake and Piercing champ for a variety of stores
  • The opportunity to experience working in a variety of stores across a region
  • Build relationships with multiple team members across the business

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or Senior Team Member for a retailer
  • The ability to perform in a fastpaced, high volume retail environment
  • Strong people management skills
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • A passion for retail and fashion
