About the opportunity
Working in collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders, this role will be responsible for the smooth, effective, and efficient implementation of the Sentral Software.
Leading projects from end to end, you will manage all aspects of large, complex deployments, working closely with schools to ensure the process is seamless and they are getting the most out of the software.
_Your key responsibilities will include:
_
- Lead projects through best practice implementation procedures;
- Work with key client stakeholders, strategically, to ensure our software aligns with their business aspirations;
- Develop, negotiate, and manage implementation scope, budget, time frame and quality;
- Coordinate with internal teams, such as sales, and development teams, to ensure project elements, including customisations, are delivered successfully;
- Identify areas of improvement within the existing team and assist in the continual development of key skill sets;
- Continually contribute to a quality customer experience with Sentral and identify opportunities for improvement;
- Build, maintain and monitor client relationships, recognising potential client risks and mitigating as appropriate.
About you
You are an experienced skilled Project/Implementation Manager who is organised, consultative and a strong communicator.
You can manage multiple components at the one time, in a logical and practical manner, without compromising the customer's experience.
You are a problem solver and troubleshoot instinctively, and are comfortable negotiating with stakeholders at all levels. You are an innovative out of the box thinker who enjoys imparting your experience to other team members._You will also bring:

- Experience in technical implementation positions;
- Consultancy experience within a vendor environment;
- Strong organisational skills with a high attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot effectively;
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills, including consultation, negotiation, and effective communication throughout the customer experience;
- Experience discussing and configuring complex business software systems;

- Ability to obtain an Australian Federal Police Check
