Overview / Responsibilities:


Wood is currently recruiting for a Site Construction Administrator in Adelaide to provide a range of administrative services to support the operations on site to achieve outcomes in a timely, reliable and efficient manner.


Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the client's campaign project team as required.
  • Support the Wood project management Team with general project and construction reporting, auditing, employee site visitor management, inductions and general administration.
  • Maintain project documentation as required ensuring documents are stored as per client requirements.
  • As per client requirements update, review and maintain labour competency assessments
  • Coordinate office activities to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Assist with PPE orders and respond to queries relating to PPE
  • Provide assistance with accommodation and travel requirements
  • Assist with employee administrative / pay issues.
  • Provide support to the client's campaign project team requirements
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Contract management cleaners, couriers, travel & accommodation providers, etc

Skills / Qualifications:

  • Certificate IV in Business Administration (preferable)
  • Previous Administration experience, preferably in the Oil and Gas or Construction industry.
  • Exceptional IT Skills especially Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Excellence in service provision
  • Current Drivers 'license and own transport.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels across the contract
  • A proactive attitude
  • Personal integrity and trustworthiness
  • A common sense approach to everyday life
  • A willingness to treat all people with respect, integrity and consistency
  • High levels of initiative and "get up and go" to manage own workflow to meet objectives
  • A capacity for persistence and resilience and patience in a sometimeschallenging environment
  • Willingness to learn
  • An appreciation of the value of teamwork and willingness to work as part of a team, providing support for other team members as required
