We are in search of enthusiastic individuals who are customer-oriented and interested in joining our team as a Reliability Maintenance Engineering Manager. As the site lead for all Engineering matters within a building, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a safe working environment, maintaining high equipment availability, and planning for future growth alongside the EU Engineering team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the team and oversee reporting responsibilities while mentoring direct reports.
- Collaborate with the site Safety department & Site Leadership to enforce safety and compliance programs.
- Work with the recruitment team to ensure high-quality staff allocation.
- Implement validated standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop equipment failure contingency plans and coordinate necessary actions promptly.
- Collaborate with various teams to strategize for future growth and equipment upgrades.
We are considering candidates for locations in Kemps Creek, NSW, AUS.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Requirements:
- Experience in Engineering team leadership.
- Employee and performance management experience.
- Background in distribution or manufacturing field.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Desired Skills:
- Design review experience incorporating electrical and mechanical solutions.
- Familiarity with automated conveyors systems and controls, electrical principles, CMMS programs, and more.
