The Role

We are interested in speaking with Senior Associate or Special Counsel level lawyers to join our national Financial Services team in the Sydney office. Working alongside a team of industry-leading professionals in Sydney, our team has a genuine commitment to your development, both in technical skills and promotion. In this role you will be advising clients that are APRA regulated superannuation trustees, responsible entities, wealth advisers and other financial services providers. Experience working in financial services regulatory dispute resolution matters will be considered favourably, however, experience in advisory and transactional matters will also be considered.

You will also have the opportunity to forge friendships and professional relationships with other lawyers in Mills Oakley across diverse practice groups.

Who We Are Looking For

You will be either a Senior Associate looking for a step up or Special Counsel striving for Partnership in a firm that recognises hard work. Ideally, you will have solid experience from a recognised practice with emphasis on financial experience; you will have a warm, strong client focus and a passion for Financial Services. You will enjoy offering excellent client service, working within a collegiate team environment and have a proven track record in producing commercially pragmatic and timely outcomes for clients.
