The Role


We are currently looking for a Partner Governance Specialist to support the effective governance and compliance design, delivery and embedment across Partners & Platforms (P&P).


You will be responsible for managing Partner compliance framework and supporting the contract governance function as well as acting as key P&P interface into Data Governance, Cyber Security and Regulatory teams.


What you'll be doing- Lead and support the annual compliance reviews and associated checklists, providing sign off- Coordinate regulatory requests for notification to partners. This includes collaborating closely with communications stakeholders and ensuring approval with legal stakeholders- Design, execute and manage the Data Governance requests process to ensure appropriate prioritisation of requests from stakeholders- Accountable for responding to Cyber Security team requests and delivery of required outcomes across the business- Manage contracts and renewal processes for allotted portfolio- Act as key interface into Data Governance and liaison for Data Governance requests, ensuring necessary notifications to our external partners are managed- Lead the data retention work for Partnering business.- Supplier Risk assessments and any governance over suppliers- Responsible for Governance requests from external partners
About you

  • Experience in contract governance or contract administration role
  • Experience in regulatory environment, compliance or risk
  • Strong initiative, self motivated, ability to work autonomously in often ambiguous environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Demonstrated experience and track record in driving and supporting initiatives
  • Focus on continuous improvement
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skils and ability to influence
