The Role
We are seeking passionate and vibrant Food & Beverage Attendants to join our energetic, service-centred Team on casual basis.

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will hold the following primary responsibilities:

  • Provide an exceptional, seamless experience for our Guests
  • Take food & beverage orders and run food & drinks
  • Support service periods in the Restaurant, Bar and Conferencing facilities (including weddings)
  • Set up and pack down the restaurant and bar area following service periods
  • Support with set up and pack down of events
  • Bar (including cocktails) and Barista service
  • Handle customer enquiries and complains in a professional manner
  • Maintain and follow health, safety, cleanliness and security procedures at all times

About You

  • Previous experience in a similar position is advantageous however not essential
  • Valid NSW RSA
  • Passion and enthusiasm for work in the hospitality and food industry
  • Positive can do attitude
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Australian working rights with the ability to work across a varied roster including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
