**The Role**

A fantastic opportunity exists for you to join our Front Office Team as **Guest Service Agent** on a **casual **basis. With the potential to move to part time and or full time.

As the first point of contact for our Guests, you will hold the following primary responsibilities:

- Provide outstanding and personalised service at every guest interaction
- Complete a wide array of front office tasks such as check in and check out of Guests, take reservations, ensure guest accounts are kept up to date and accurate, process payment
- Complete pre-arrival phone calls
- Take every opportunity to upsell the properties services
- Handle Guest complaints and queries in a professional manner
- Provide guests and visitors with local information from your vast array of knowledge regarding local attractions, amenities and activities

**About You**
- Demonstrated customer service experience with a background in Hotel operations highly advantageous
- Confident communicator both written and spoken with the ability to build genuine relationships quickly and make people smile
- Computer Savvy - this role requires the use of Microsoft office programs and specialised property management systems
- Ability to remain calm when under pressure, multitask and think on your feet
- Positive can-do attitude
- Flexibility to work a varied roster that includes week days, weekends, mornings, nights and public holidays
