We are thrilled to welcome a Director to drive the implementation of our solutions and onboard clients, leading to client satisfaction and renewals. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our L&PD product solutions, working closely with a diverse team.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership

  • Drive engagement and motivate the team to achieve the Digital business and wider Korn Ferry organization's objectives.
  • Lead, develop, and inspire the team, focusing on L&D and S&S solution expertise, alongside project management capabilities.
  • Manage team performance, set objectives, and ensure accountability for achieving them.
  • Participate in regional delivery leadership activities and ensure team alignment with global messages and processes.
  • Facilitate communication between the team and clients, ensuring feedback is heard by regional leaders.

Revenue & Resource Management

  • Manage backlog and forecasting, provide regular team progress updates, and plan resources for projects accordingly.
  • Contribute to the regional gross margin goal through effective project planning, team utilization, and realization rate.

Client Delivery

  • Support L&D and S&S technology solutions' implementation in client environments.
  • Implement client usage strategies and enable clients to utilize KF solutions effectively.
  • Manage client relationships, suggest feature improvements, and conduct Quarterly and Annual reviews.
  • Retain clients through strong relationship management and provide business insights to drive improvements.

Professional Experience/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a background in Leadership, Development, Sales, or Business.
  • 8+ years of client-facing consultative experience, ideally with leadership background.
  • Strong understanding of business environment and tools like SalesForce and Microsoft Dynamics.
