Description

We are hiring an AWS Cloud Platform Architect to join our dynamic team in Sydney, Australia. Do you have extensive experience in AWS Event-Based Architecture (EBA) and a proven track record of designing and implementing complex cloud solutions? As an integral member of our team, you will collaborate closely with Enterprise Architects and Solution Architects to deliver cutting-edge solutions that meet our clients' evolving needs.

What Youll Do

Design, develop, and implement AWS Event-Based Architecture solutions to meet business requirements and drive innovation Collaborate with Enterprise Architects and Solution Architects to align cloud strategies with overall business objectives Lead the design and implementation of complex cloud-native integrations using APIs, microservices, and event-driven architecture Apply performance engineering principles to optimize system performance and scalability Ensure loose coupling and high reliability of systems through effective architectural design Provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the development lifecycle including cloud-native design, architecture, and deployment models

What You Have

Extensive experience working as a Cloud Architect, with focus on AWS EBA Proven experience designing and implementing AWS EBA solutions in a production environment Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and best practices Experience in designing solutions using AWS Lambda, Event Bridge, SQS, SNS, S3, DynamoDB, Route 53, API Gateway, AWS WAF Proficiency in designing complex integrations using APIs, microservices, and event-driven architecture Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels Strong experience with a full life cycle of Agile software development processes, approaches, and methods (SCRUM, XP, Kanban, etc.)
