Key Responsibilities:

On-Site Support:Provide on-site technical support and assistance to clients, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up equipment, and ensuring optimal system functionality.
-
Customer Service:Interact with clients in a professional and friendly manner, addressing their technical concerns, and offering solutions with a positive attitude.
-
Training:Participate in training sessions to acquire the knowledge and skills required for the role. This may include learning about specific hardware and software configurations, troubleshooting techniques, and customer service best practices.
-
Problem Solving:Diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring mínimal downtime for clients and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
-
Documentation:Maintain accurate records of on-site visits, issues encountered, and solutions applied. Provide detailed reports for tracking and analysis purposes.

Hardware Setup:Assist in setting up and configuring various hardware components, such as computers, printers, and network devices.
-
Communication:Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and clients to ensure a smooth workflow and efficient problem resolution.

Positive Attitude:Must be a positive and energetic individual with a can-do attitude, providing excellent customer service with a smile.

Technical Aptitude:Strong interest in technology and a willingness to learn about various hardware and software systems.

Communication Skills:Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Problem-Solving:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Adaptability:Ability to adapt to various client environments and handle unique technical challenges.

Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license may be required, as travel to client site is necessary.

Successful applicants will require:

Must be Australian citizen. Baseline minimum clearance preferred.

AGSVA clearancewill be required before entering the workplace.

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a small team in a dynamic environment.
  • Energetic, positive attitude and selfmotivation.
  • Technical aptitude and an ability to quickly learn new skills.
  • Ability to work outside of core business hours on an occasional basis.
  • Own means transport to site.
