THE ROLE - WHAT YOU WILL MANAGE & BUILD

  • This organisation is looking for a Key Account Manager to be responsible for creating strategic partnerships and developing the business across NSW, primarily metro Sydney.
  • This role will work in close collaboration with local sales teams, marketing and the global business unit to establish mutually beneficial longterm partnerships based on in depth business and clinical insights, adding value through combining products and services to total solutions and tailored value propositions for corporate accounts.
  • You will analyse the market, which will include health insurers, corporate dental companies, buying groups, looking at trends, competitors, etc. and define an annual sales plan to achieve sales targets and maintain a sales funnel and reporting of same, to increase market share.
  • You will negotiate contracts and set up tailored business plans for large corporate accounts and support and coach the sales team in the development of smaller accounts.
  • You will regularly visit dental clinics, of corporate accounts, in order to evaluate opportunities, to ensure implementation of agreed plans and support sales teams in closing contracts.
WHAT EXPERIENCE WILL YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB?

  • Prefer a science or business degree or equivalent qualification.
  • A track record in direct sales, in healthcare, with key account management experience, in the dental, pharma or medical device industry, with experience dealing at the Csuite level.
  • You will be technically minded as the products are of a technical nature.
  • You will be passionate and performance driven with an entrepreneurial spirit.
