Description
As a CRM and Marketing Automation Specialist, you will create and deliver engaging and impactful communication and support digital initiatives including campaign planning, journey creation, reporting and optimization.
Reporting to Digital, CX and Social Media Manager, you will support the growth of all digital channels through customer journeys and marketing automation.
You will drive strategy for marketing campaigns in a dynamic and comprehensive way, work on audience segments, bring personalization capabilities and provide relevant and engaging content.
You will:
- Understand customer journeys and find ways to optimise them
- Set up journey's, test them and report on them.
- Drive new customer acquisition and strategy as well as retention of our current customers
- Hero best channel practice.
- Work with the wider marketing team on creative messaging, and optimising creative messaging
- Understand data, how to integrate it from our CRM and website
- Think outside the box and always look for new opportunities and innovation.
- Keep up to date with current legislation and always work within compliance guidelines.
Profile
Your background will demonstrate:
- Experience working with CRM and Social Media Management software is desired
- Experience in customer journey mapping, audience segmentation and automation journey design and development.
- High level of literacy for creating written content / communications
- Ability to collaborate and manage relationships with a variety of stakeholders across cross function teams
- HTML and CSS knowledge
- Ability to collect, analyse and interpret data from various sources to use in decisionmaking
- Demonstrated ability to:
- Solve problems and think like a leader
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Learn quickly and adapt to changing situations
