As the Supply Delivery Performance Manager, your responsibilities will include assessing Supplier risks, managing mitigation plans, and ensuring Suppliers can meet Alstom's planning requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consolidate Vendor Demand Multi-Business / Multi-Site
  • Manage Supply Chain & Capacity audit
  • Define External Vendors Capacity Management
  • Follow-Up Needs Expression & Deliveries
  • Manage Capacity Self-Declarations
  • Coordinate Delivery Crisis Solving
  • Collect Monthly KPIs, Review and Monitor Improvement Action Plan

Key Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in supply chain, procurement, or related field required
  • Relevant experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or similar field
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Knowledgeable of ERP material management or ERP architecture understanding
  • Experience in supplier/customer relationship
