As a passionate people person, you will be responsible for the day-to-day handyman and maintenance tasks around our Village. Working closely with Community Leaders, you will ensure our buildings and fixtures are well maintained and presentable.
Located in Berwick, you will be working in a tight-knit community that is home to 'Casey Manor', former home of Lord and Lady Casey that was built in 1905.
About the role:
- You will attend to various maintenance requests to create a safe and pleasant environment for residents, visitors, staff and others.
- Liaise directly with staff to ensure maintenance tasks & projects undertaken are safe, aesthetically pleasing and timely.
- Be an approachable and friendly face to the residents as you attend to projects around the community.
- Reporting to the Community Manager, this is fulltime position working **Monday to Friday (7:30am
- 3:30pm)**.
- Oversee maintenance work undertaken by Contractors within the community.
- Complete adhoc tasks inline with your skills to ensure the community is operating smoothly.
About you:
- Experience in General Maintenance and Handyman skills (required)
- Current Police Check certificate (required, but we can complete for you)
- Valid driver's licence (required)
- Current COVID Vaccinations
