To be successful in the role, you will be required the following:

  • Have experience to provide personal and domestic care to the clients who has mental health.
  • A passion for respectfully empowering and caring for people.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • High level of time management and organizational ability.
  • Willingness to participate in further education opportunities.
  • Minimum 34 weekdays of availability on a weekly basis
  • Previous experience working as support worker or similar (preferred).

Essential Requirements

  • Vietnamese speaking is a must
  • Can communication by English.
  • Have experience with mental health people.
  • Looking for young & energetic support workers.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Certificate III and above in Aged Care or Individual Support or Community Service or Disability will be an advantage.
  • Satisfactory Australian National Police check, Working with Children Check, NDIS worker screening check or willing to obtain these documents.
  • Current or willing to obtain a First Aid and CPR certificate.
  • Current valid Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle.

Base pay
From $30.61 per hour
