MAS3 Full Time, Permanent Role About CALHNThe Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN) includes South's Australia's major quaternary facility, the Royal Adelaide Hospital, The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, the Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre, and the Repat Health Precinct.

We also deliver mental health services at Glenside Health Services and at a range of other locations across the metropolitan and regional areas.

The Opportunity Are you a dynamic industrial and employee relations leader with a passion for fostering productive workplace relationships?Do you thrive in complex environments where strategic thinking, negotiation and collaborative problem-solving are key?If this is you, join our team as the Industrial Relations Director and lead the charge in creating a collaborative and high-performing workplace.

You will be working as a pivotal leader within our organisation, shaping our workforce relations, negotiating with unions, and developing policies that foster a collaborative and productive workplace environment.

MAS3 - $125,970 per annum plus Superannuation, Salary Packaging Benefits and Leave Loading We're looking for someone with: Demonstrated experience in high-level negotiations in an IR/ER environment, involving the implementation of major enterprise bargaining agreements, dispute resolution, workplace consultation, and in representing the Portfolio before employer and/or employee groups.

Demonstrated commitment to the education, development and wellbeing of staff.
Highly developed interpersonal skills together with proven abilities in liaising, consulting and negotiating complex and sensitive issues.
Knowledge of health policy and current issues facing the Health Industry, especially as it relates to the workforce.
