Key responsibilities include:

• Undertake periodic reviews of labour levels, allowances and workforce composition
• Build deep knowledge of the business and work closely with business owners to improve their understanding of our workforce
• Undertake scheduled reporting and analytics tasks
• Assist with periodic budgeting and forecasting processes
• Assist with the development of reporting solutions
• Employ creative and lateral thinking to help explain, analyse and predict business performance
• Identify business problems which can be addressed through analytics solutions
• Address simple business data requests and undertake complex analyses
• Develop tools and models that improve the efficiency of analytics activities and support better decision making
• Contribute to a range of projects and activities as led by the Senior Finance Business Partners
• Work with IT teams to deliver improvements to our data architecture and common data models
• Bachelors Degree in Finance or similar
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• A solid understanding of data visualisation techniques along with professional experience with Power BI and DAX preferred
• Knowledge and experience in workforce management systems, processes and strategies (essential)
• Previous experience working with enterprise databases and Microsoft SQL
• Outstanding business acumen and the ability to think strategically
• Demonstrated experience in presenting insights and commercial findings to stakeholders resulting in buyin and adoption of recommendations
